Delivery at a glance
- Order by 3pm Mon–Fri for Next Working Day (UK mainland).
- Free Next Working Day on orders over £150 (otherwise £8.99).
- Standard UK from £6.75 (very small items £2.04), allow up to 5 working days.
- Highlands & Islands / NI: courier rates shown at checkout.
- EU: we don’t collect VAT; you’ll pay local VAT to the carrier. Orders over €150 may attract duty if goods are non-UK/EU origin.
- Rest of world: Royal Mail Airmail (light) or UPS; prices shown at checkout.

UK Highlands & Islands and Northern Ireland
Courier rates are shown at checkout (typically UPS).
Northern Ireland: We are registered with the UK Internal Market Scheme (UKIMS), so consignments are treated as "not at risk" of entering the EU, helping avoid additional tariffs and reduce delays. Our UKIMS number: XIUKIM99017579400020250724103746.
EU addresses
- We don’t charge VAT at checkout – you’ll pay your local VAT to the carrier on delivery.

When is your cut-off for Next Working Day?
3pm Monday–Friday. Orders after 3pm or at weekends/UK bank holidays ship the next working day.
Do you offer weekend delivery?
Yes, if selected in the checkout.
How are small, low-weight items charged?
Very small items are £2.04 via Royal Mail Tracked 48.
Will I pay extra fees in the EU?
Yes – local VAT on delivery; and for orders over €150, possible duty depending on origin.
