- EU: we don’t collect VAT; you’ll pay local VAT to the carrier. Orders over €150 may attract duty if goods are non-UK/EU origin.

BFPO deliveries
We deliver to BFPO addresses.
- Orders are zero-rated for VAT (0%).
- Sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48.
- Maximum parcel weight 20kg.
- Once handed to the BFPO system, delivery times vary depending on destination and local handling.
Please ensure your BFPO address is entered in full and correctly at checkout to avoid delays.
UK Mainland (not Highlands & Islands or NI)
- Next Working Day: free over £150, otherwise £8.99 (order by 3pm Mon–Fri).
- Standard: £6.75 (very small items £2.04); allow up to 5 working days.
- Or choose DPD Pickup for a cheaper delivery to your local pickup shop.
- Track your delivery with the DPD app.
- Orders containing bladed items sent by DPD require age verification on delivery. The recipient must be aged 18 or over and may be asked to show photo ID.
UK Highlands & Islands and Northern Ireland
Courier rates are shown at checkout (typically UPS).

EU addresses

Do you deliver to BFPO addresses?
Yes. BFPO orders are zero-rated for VAT and sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Delivery times vary once the parcel enters the BFPO system.
When is your cut-off for Next Working Day?
3pm Monday to Friday, provided the Next Working Day delivery option is selected at checkout. Orders placed after 3pm, at weekends or on UK bank holidays will ship the next working day.
Do you offer weekend delivery?
Yes, if selected in the checkout.
How are small, low-weight items charged?
Very small items are £2.04 via Royal Mail Tracked 48.
