Intensive 5-day course courses of approximately 35 hours tuition. Artisan Bread School courses are entirely hands-on; you will be making every bread start-to-finish alongside your colleagues & tutor. This includes creating your own sourdough leaven, mixing the dough, kneading, folding and the final shaping.
