Summary

Intensive 5-day course courses of approximately 35 hours tuition. Artisan Bread School courses are entirely hands-on; you will be making every bread start-to-finish alongside your colleagues & tutor. This includes creating your own sourdough leaven, mixing the dough, kneading, folding and the final shaping. When the breads are ready to bake you get to slash your own breads before they go into the oven.
