Summary

Full day breadmaking course, covering a range of styles starting with the all-important sourdough, and moving on to brioche, fruit loaf, focaccia, pitta and naan. A completely hands-on course, with a focus on techniques, the impact of different ingredients, and as much of the physics and bio-chemistry as you care to hear! You will leave with notes, a bag of your own bread and online support to help you to go solo. Runs from 10am to 5pm. Dates can be found on our website. £125 per person
