Summary

Our sourdough class features the benefits of stone ground flour and long fermentation. Long fermented sourdough products are helpful for those that have difficulty digesting commercial bread. We use a practical, no-fuss, no-bother method for busy households. We have worked extensively with health services ensuring compatibility for diabetics, gluten intolerance and many other health issues. Using the same attributes that a sourdough starter intrinsically has (a broad spectrum microbiota system), we also make a range of sourdough cakes – without any added sugar that tastes great and sourdough pasta. Our sourdough items contribute to losing weight and a happy digestive system, the key to good health.
