Our Master Baker, Steven, offers a full day baking class for up to six people. The class takes place on Mondays and will look at different baking techniques including yeasted breads and sourdough breads.
All the doughs and breads will be prepared from the mill's own range of organic flours. Participants will make a variety of breads which they will be able to take home.
Refreshments and lunch are provided. There will also be a take-home pack including recipes, a sample of Redbournbury Mill flour and more.
