We are closed from 24th December - 2nd January. For mainland UK, last standard orders should be placed by 19th and next day orders by 3pm on 21st.
When you enter your details, please double-check that your postal and email addresses are correct and please provide a contact telephone number in the event that the courier needs to contact you (mobile is best).
For all orders to UK addresses over £75, delivery is free (up to 10kg for Highlands and Islands). For all orders to mainland UK addresses (not Highlands and Islands) over £100, next working day delivery is free (order before 3pm).
Otherwise, for very small items we charge 95p. For packets to about 1.9kg the default shipping method is Royal Mail Tracked and for this we charge £2.99. For heavier items we charge £4.99 for courier delivery by DPD.
Orders to areas classed Highlands and Islands, heavy enough to be sent by courier, are charged accordingly, the rates shown in the checkout.
Urgent and Timed services: Where available, we offer a Next (working) day and a Next (working) Day before 1pm service. The options available are shown in the checkout. For a Next Day service be sure to place your order before 3pm.
Tracked Services: Our courier (DPD) can give you delivery schedules and progress notification by SMS if you provide your mobile number in the checkout. They have a track record of over 99% delivery on time.
The options are shown in the checkout. The lightest orders are sent by Airmail. Small packets are sent by signed or tracked airmail, depending on the service available in your country. For heavier packages (and for lighter ones if you choose), orders are sent by fully tracked courier (DHL or DPD). Our charges are calculated in the checkout, when you choose your country, the charge is based on the weight of the package and closely reflects the actual charges that we incur.
Royal Mail Airmail aims to deliver in 3-5 working days. Courier delivery times vary from courier to courier and destination to destination (typically 2-5 days). We will always send you the tracking number for your package, which will be sent at the same time as your order.
Please ensure you provide a contact telephone number for all overseas orders as this is a requirement for our delivery companies.
There are several restrictions for deliveries to Russia, but due to frequent requests, we do ship there but with the following restrictions, that we will need you to agree with before we can dispatch your order:
- Due to Russian Federation custom restrictions, we cannot send any foodstuffs to Russia.
- Due to Russian Federation custom restrictions, we can only deliver to Russian business addresses.
- We cannot accept any responsibility for any loses or non-delivery of orders to Russia.
