These Stöckli silicone drying mats are designed for use with the Stöckli food dehydrator trays. Supplied as a 2-pack, they give a finer drying surface for ingredients that are too juicy, sticky or small for the standard coarse mesh trays.
Use them for tomatoes, plums, mango, fruit purées, fruit leathers, crackers, herbs, small pieces and other ingredients that might otherwise stick to or fall through the tray. They are especially useful when you want the airflow and gentle drying of the dehydrator, but with more support beneath the food.
Simply place a silicone mat into the dehydrator tray, add your ingredients and dry as usual. They are a practical accessory for anyone using the Stöckli dehydrator regularly or preparing a wider range of dried fruit, snacks, garnishes and bakery ingredients.
