The discs are 70mm in diameter and the holes are 8 mm. The discs are suitable for Ankarsrum mincer model 10, the mincer model is on the knife ”10”.
The 8mm (0.315") disc is ideal for tough or sinewy meat. Pre-mince using this 8mm disc and then mince again using the 4.5mm or 2.5mm disc to get a fine mince.
