Set the temperature and the Sourdough Home will gently heat and cool your starter so that you can have it ready according to your schedule of refreshment and avoid the extended refreshing process needed if you usually store your starter in the fridge.
The Sourdough Home opens like a fridge and has a removable shelf inside to allow you store two small containers either one above the other or two of the smaller Challenger jars will fit side-by-side or, remove the shelf and store one larger one.
