Intense Ginger Flavouring 1L

Intense Ginger Flavouring is a concentrated natural ginger flavouring for baking and confectionery, made with ginger extract and ginger flavouring. It gives a warm, spicy ginger note without alcohol and is particularly useful where a consistent ginger flavour is wanted across repeated batches.

Its flavour profile suits cakes, biscuits, buns, fillings, icings, desserts and confectionery where a clear ginger note is wanted without adding much extra liquid. Because it is concentrated, it should be used sparingly and adjusted gradually to suit the recipe.

How to use
Use sparingly. The technical sheet gives an indicative dosage of 1g to 2g depending on use. Start with a small amount and increase gradually according to the recipe and flavour intensity wanted.
