Wooden baking mould from Panibois®, the "Tiny" measures 82x69x43mm, suitable for doughs of approximately 125ml, made from poplar or beech, complete with shaped lining paper. These fully biodegradable moulds are designed for the baking and presentation of breads and cakes for friends and retail. Panibois® baskets are designed for oven temperatures up to 240°C.
Suitable for bread dough, Panibois also suggests the Tiny for mini brioches, cassolettes and mini gratins.
