Molino Bongermino Italian Flour

Molino Bongermino is in the beautiful Puglia (Apulia) region of southern Italy, bordered by both the Adriatic and Ionian seas and steeped in Greek, Norman and Spanish history. Started in 2012 by Pasquale and Maria Bongermino, they focussed on high quality Italian cereals with strict traceability from field to bag. Today, they have an automated mill and a wide range of both organic and non-organic interesting flours some of which we haven't seen elsewhere. Give them a try!
