For the small and micro bakery, this very sturdy electrically operated proving basket cleaning machine is designed to gently clean the flour and dough debris from up to 400 proving baskets an hour, depositing all the removed material in a dust bag for dust-free operation.

Note that this is a special-order product and you will need to allow 8 weeks or so for delivery.
