Organic stoneground T80 white wheat, 25kg from Viron, France. Traditionally stoneground to retain the wheat germ and so all the nutrition of the wheat. The flour is slightly off-white in colour as a result. Stoneground T80 is particularly good for making rustic sourdough bread, full of flavour.
