The Fidibus 21 is a small but powerful mill in the KoMo range, beautifully made from beech and with a 12 year warranty. Its revolutionary milling unit design grinds with maximum efficiency and minimal noise. The attractive housing of beech features classic box joinery. On the inside, the Fidibus 21 features self-sharpening millstones of corundum/ceramic, and a powerful 250 watt motor. The hopper holds over two pounds of wheat, rye, barley, spelt or corn, and grinds 3-1/2 oz (100 g) of fine flour a minute.
