Bread or Pizza Peel (or Paddle) for Domestic Ovens, 12" blade

A quality bread or pizza peel (or paddle) is perfect for sliding bread or pizza in and out of a hot oven quickly allowing the oven to stay at the right temperature - rather than fiddling around with the door open letting the heat out.
