Gilchesters grain goes through a rigorous cleaning process, however we cannot guarantee that there will not be tiny traces of other seeds which are natural in the organic farming process. Spelt also is a covered grain, meaning it is in a husk and is removed by de-hulling. Occasionally tiny parts of the husk can be found in the Spelt grain as they are extremely difficult to remove.
