Grown and stone-milled and made into fresh pasta in Totnes using heritage wheats it is then dried slowly. Reginette (also known as mafaldine, literally "Queens" originally devised in honour of Princess Mafalda of Savoy) is a broad, rippled pasta with the exceptional flavour and texture from the delicious heritage grain.

Note that heritage pasta is fast cooking - 4-6 minutes only.
