The BreadMat Long One - 1 Pack

The BreadMat™ - the Long One - is a reusable parchment paper replacement. Designed in USA to be used over and over, it is shaped to fit Dutch ovens and casseroles, for up to a 1kg round loaf. The Long One has the standard 23cm/9" diameter circular mat with longer handles to make it easy to remove the hot loaf and mat from Dutch Ovens.

The patented design enhances heat distribution, even colour and has been designed with strong handles to make moving bread in and out of a hot oven easy.

It is made from certified food-safe silicone and is rated to 260C.
