The BreadMat Original One v2 - 2 Pack

The BreadMat™ Original-v2 is a reusable parchment paper replacement. Designed in USA to be used over and over, it is shaped to fit the majority of popular baking vessels such as the Challenger Pan, Netherton Spun Iron Cloche or simply on a tray, for up to a 1kg round loaf.

The patented design enhances heat distribution, even colour and has been designed with strong handles to make moving bread in and out of a hot oven easy.

It is made from certified food-safe silicone and is rated to 260C.
