Intense Italian Lime Oil 1L

Intense Italian Lime Oil is a concentrated natural lime flavouring for baking and confectionery, made with lime essential oil in a sunflower oil base. It gives a fresh, zesty lime note without alcohol and is particularly useful where a consistent citrus flavour is wanted across repeated batches.

Its flavour profile suits cakes, biscuits, fillings, icings, buttercreams, desserts and confectionery where a clean lime note is wanted without adding much extra liquid. Because it is concentrated, it should be used sparingly and adjusted gradually to suit the recipe.

The 1L size is a practical format for keen bakers, small bakeries and regular kitchen use. Store well closed and away from sources of heat. Shelf life is 24 months.

How to use
Use sparingly. The technical sheet gives an indicative dosage of 1g to 2g depending on use. Start with a small amount and increase gradually according to the recipe and flavour intensity wanted.
