Designed for the pizza professional and made anodised aluminium, wood and brass with a removable aluminium scraper, it is perfect for brushing out small pizza ovens, including the shallow electric ones.
The brush head is 20cm wide and made from wood with brass bristles and a blue anodised aluminium handle with a hanging loop on the end for storing between use.
