Wild Italian Mint Flavouring 1L

Wild Italian Mint Flavouring is a concentrated natural mint flavouring for baking and confectionery, made with Italian mint essential oil. It gives a fresh, clean mint note without alcohol and is particularly useful where a consistent mint flavour is wanted across repeated batches.

Its flavour profile suits cakes, biscuits, fillings, icings, buttercreams, desserts and confectionery where a bright mint note is wanted without adding much extra liquid. Because it is concentrated, it should be used sparingly and adjusted gradually to suit the recipe.

How to use
