Extra Spicy Ginger Oil

Intense ginger flavouring perfect for flavouring sponges, ice-cream, chocolate etc with ginger. Supplied in 100mL and 1L bottles.

Baking expert, Dan Lepard, says,

"A very rounded ginger flavour that enriches recipes using dried fruit, treacle, wholemeal flours and brown sugar. Perfect for mince pies and hot cross buns."

Ingredients: purified water, propylene glycol, ginger extract, ginger flavouring

Use: in place or in combination with fresh and ground ginger in baking recipes. Use ½ ­- 1 tsp per 500g of mixture or liquid.

Storage: keep cool and away from direct sunlight. Keep closed.
