Sweet Almond Extract 1L

Sweet Almond Extract is a concentrated flavouring for baking and confectionery with the classic aroma of almond and no alcohol. Based on vegetable oil rather than alcohol, it is particularly useful where a consistent almond flavour is wanted across repeated batches and where an alcohol-free formulation is preferred.

Its flavour profile is clean and recognisably almond, making it well suited to cakes, biscuits, fillings, icings, marzipan-style bakes and confectionery. Because it is concentrated, only a small amount is needed. A good starting point is 1g per 1kg flour, or 0.5g per 500g flour, adjusting according to the flavour intensity required.

The 1L size is a practical format for bakeries, caterers and regular production use. Store sealed, away from direct light, at 5-15C.
