Sweet Almond Extract

Sweet Almond Extract is a concentrated almond flavouring for baking and confectionery with the classic aroma of almond and no alcohol. Based on vegetable oil rather than alcohol, it is a useful option where you want a clean almond flavour in cakes, biscuits, fillings, icings and other sweet applications.

Because it is highly concentrated, only a small amount is needed. A good starting point is 1g per 1kg flour, or 0.5g per 500g flour, adjusting according to the flavour intensity you want. It is best used with a light hand and increased gradually if needed.

Available in 100ml, 1L and 5L sizes, it works equally well for occasional baking, regular kitchen use and larger-scale production. Store sealed, away from direct light, at 5-15C.

How to use
Use sparingly. A good starting point is 1g per 1kg flour, or 0.5g per 500g flour, adjusting to taste and recipe. Because it is concentrated, start low and add more only if needed.
