Italian Blood Orange Extract

Essential Oil of Italian blood oranges is made only from high quality Italian blood oranges and contains no bulking agents, and so is much stronger than even the best supermarket versions. Blood orange is a little sweeter and floral than oranges. Available in 100mL glass bottles or 1L and 5L plastic bottles for commercial bakers.

Baking expert, Dan Lepard, says,

"Excellent used to flavour a simple sugar glaze on blood orange tarts, rich caramels, and butterscotch."

Use: a great way to boost the elusive complex flavour of real blood oranges. Use ½ -­ 1 tsp per 500g of mixture or liquid.

Storage: keep cool and away from direct sunlight. Keep closed.
