SAF Gold is an osmotolerant instant yeast designed for enriched and sweet doughs where sugar and fat can slow fermentation.
How to use: mix directly with the flour and bake as per your recipe. Great for buns, brioche, stollen and other rich doughs. As a guide, use about 7g instant yeast per 500g flour; it’s especially suited to sweet, enriched doughs. Adjust for slower/longer rises.
Storage: keep sealed and dry. Once opened, transfer to an airtight container and store in a cool, dry place.
