From Mure and Peyrot, the world-leading producer of bakery knives, the Landaise lame or grignette is a professional but simple device designed to hold a standard stainless steel razor blade with easy change.

The holder is made from blue plastic and holds a stainless steel blade or lame which has each corner numbered from 1 to 4 to allow for rotation and maximum blade life. The very sharp blade makes this grignette ideal for rapid dough scoring.

Under the UK Criminal Justice Act 1988 age restrictions apply to the sale of knives, no persons under the age of 18 can purchase knives. By placing an order for this product, you declare that you are 18 years of age or over.
