Designed for the micro-bakery using Rofco ovens, these aluminium (2mm 3103 grade for stability during heating) baking sheets are ideal for baking pastries.

This one is 470x470mm and flat with slightly raised edges (lipped) and rounded corners. Note that as a commercial bakery product, it will have minor tooling marks on it from the factory which of course do not affect the function of the tray.
