Candied Rainbow Mix

Candied Rainbow Mix is a classic baking ingredient made from a colourful assortment of candied fruit cubes. It brings sweetness, texture and decorative colour to cakes, biscuits, panettone, pastries, breads and desserts.

How to use

Storage
Store in a cool, dry place. Best before: 24 months from production date. If not fully used once opened, close carefully and store appropriately.
