Victoria Cookware's cast-iron pancake or pizza pan 30cm (12") is the last pancake pan you'll need to buy. Beautifully engineered with a naturally seasoned finish it has the perfect non-stick surface (no PTFE or PFOA here) for pancakes, hob-baked pizzas and myriad other dishes that benefit from a very gently sloping pan side such as chapattis. For pancakes and omelettes this means it is really easy to get your favourite utensil under its edge for lifting and turning.
