Grown by John Turner at Little Bytham, Lincs – these peas are possible the only organic marrowfat peas in the world. Rich and creamy in taste, these peas make the best mushy peas and are also great for dips and salads too. They pair well with wasabi or horseradish and come into their own with a topping of mint sauce. Produced in the UK to organic standards, store in a cool and dry place. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
Instructions: Soak for 5-6 hours, rinse, bring to the boil then co er for 45 to 50 minutes (until tender) or longer for mushy peas.
