Rotatable Grignette or Lame

A rotatable grignette or lame with a permanent curved blade, designed for fast, clean dough scoring just before baking. With an overall length of about 6"/15cm, it is a practical tool for slashing bread dough with control and precision.

The curved blade helps produce deeper, angled cuts, which can support oven spring, crust development and more decorative scoring. As each corner of the blade becomes dulled, the blade can be rotated through 180 degrees to use the remaining sharp corners. A removable cover is included for safer storage when not in use.
