The mini muffin tray holds 24 bite-sized bakes, each approximately (see below for exact measurements) 5cm top diameter, 3.75cm bottom diameter and 2.5cm high (2 x 1.5 x 1") and the special USA Pan coating means that you don't have to use paper cases unless you want to.
Made for domestic and commercial bakers alike, the USA Pan Americoat Plus© is a proprietary silicone coating which is specifically formulated for superior release and easy clean-up. Americoat Plus© does not contain PTFE or PFOA.
Made of high quality, heavy gauge aluminium-steel, the mini-muffin / cupcake pan bakes evenly and consistently. The corrugated design efficiently circulates air and provides strength to resist warping.
