Chef's Drops 36% Vegan White Chocolate Couverture from Willie's Cacao is a vegan oat-based couverture white chocolate in button form for easy weighing to be used in cakes and desserts (each drop weighs 2g and is 2.3cm in diameter).

Flavour Notes: rich and creamy with soft cacao and caramelised notes. Background oats. Not too sweet.

Paired with: red fruits, apricots, black pepper, hojicha, hibiscus, cherries, pineapple, coconut, coffee, almonds, cinnamon.

Suggested application: desserts, ganache, mousses, ice-creams, sorbets and for moulding, coating and baking.

Ingredients: cocoa solids 36% minimum. Cocoa butter, OATS 34%, raw cane sugar.

Suitable for vegans. (Free from dairy, alcohol, gluten and soya - may contain traces of nuts).
