A long-handled bread or pizza peel (or paddle), perfect for sliding bread or pizza in and out of a hot bread oven quickly reducing heat loss, allowing the door or "stop gap" of the bread oven door to be closed.
This peel has a very thin, aluminium blade for long-life, and a very long, wooden handle. The blade is 9" (23cm) square, narrower for bread ovens with a restricted doorway; the overall length including the handle is 48" (120cm), ideal for use with a bread oven.
