Loaf or Plum Cake Cases, 400g (225x70mm) 10-540 pieces

A loaf or plum cake mould for 400g loaf-shaped cakes. The cases have bottom measurements of 225mm x 70mm and are 65mm high (tops approximately 260 x 100mm). The paper is fully degradable and is heat and alcohol resistant, they are self-supporting and suitable for oven and presentation use.

Use these cases for cakes such as carrot cake - just add the cake batter to the case and bake - no need for a tin or any other support, and leave the cake in the case for attractive presentation.

Note that by design, the cases have a few tiny perforations to let out excess moisture and to help avoid a soggy bottom.
