Amaretto di Saronno Bitter Almond Oil 1L

Amaretto di Saronno Bitter Almond Oil is a concentrated flavouring for baking and confectionery with the characteristic aroma of bitter almond and amaretti-style bakes. Based on vegetable oil rather than alcohol, it is particularly useful where a consistent, more intense almond flavour is wanted across repeated batches.

Its flavour profile suits cakes, biscuits, pastry fillings, icings, frangipane-style bakes and confectionery where a fuller almond note is wanted. Because it is concentrated, it should be used very sparingly and adjusted gradually to suit the recipe.
