Fiori di Sicilia Essential Oil — an exquisite natural flavour blend of Calabrian orange, Sicilian lemon and tangerine essential oils. Bright, citrusy and layered in complexity, it adds a spark of Mediterranean zest to cakes, pastries, chocolates, creams, glazes and syrups.

Because they’re highly concentrated, start with ½–1 teaspoon per 500g of mixture or liquid. Ideal for flavouring cakes, biscuits, chocolate, icing, drinks and desserts. They can also be combined to create your own citrus blends – for example, lemon and Calabrian orange for panettone.
