Intense Italian Lime Oil

Our classic lime oil is, as you might expect, full of the intensely zingy flavour of lime made with high quality Italian limes and sunflower oil. 100mL or 1L bottles.

Baking expert, Dan Lepard, says,

"Add a dash to a banana cake, a chocolate dessert, or in the custard for a pineapple and coconut Danish, it’s a great accent flavour that adds mystery to your sweet baking"

Ingredients: sunflower oil, lime

Use: great with coconut macaroons, key lime pies, or to flavour a sugar glaze with tropical fruit. Use ½ ­ 1 tsp per 500g of mixture or liquid.

Storage: keep cool and away from direct sunlight. Keep closed.
