Italian Blood Orange Extract - 1 Litre

This pure blood orange essential oil captures the vivid, sun-ripened aroma of Sicilian blood oranges in its most concentrated form. Made without bulking agents or vegetable oils, it provides a pure, powerful and vibrant citrus note that instantly elevates your baking, desserts and confectionery.

Because it’s made entirely from essential oil, it’s highly concentrated – a few drops are enough to infuse a batter, buttercream or ganache with authentic depth and complexity. Its balance of natural sweetness and gentle bitterness gives warmth and sophistication to patisserie, chocolates, drinks, sorbets and even savoury dishes.

Use just ½–1 teaspoon per 500g of mixture or liquid for an intense yet balanced blood orange flavour.

Supplied in a 1L plastic bottles with dropper – for professional bakers and chocolatiers.
