A cutter or stamp to make spiral or swirl imprints on bread rolls. The cutter is solid, strong and suitable for the dishwasher. It has a diameter of 75mm (3"), just right for making 90g (3oz) breakfast rolls.
The rolls are made in the normal way, and during final proving are stamped with the cutter, pressing almost through but not all the way through the roll with the cutter, then proved further, until ready for the oven, face down on a floured tray. Just before going into the oven, the rolls are flipped over, so right-side up and baked.
