Wildfarmed T55 Patisserie flour is the finest of the Wildfarmed flours, rollermilled to allow the extraction of all the bran and wheatgerm to make a flour that is a lot whiter and finer than the other Wildfarmed flours. Developed initially to make udon noodles, it also makes excellent pasta.

Available in 1.5kg and 16kg bags.

Ingredients: wheat flour, calcium, iron, niacin, thiamin.
