Wildfarmed finely ground wholemeal flour is milled to the same grade as the T65, giving a wholemeal flour that is easy to work while maintaining all the flavour of the usual wholemeal. Like all Wildfarmed flour, it is free from pesticides, herbicides and fungicides.
