Grown and milled on our organic farm, the Gilchesters Organics stone-ground 100% Wholemeal is taken from our tall-straw heritage wheat and we take care to mill it quite finely to achieve a flour that rises well while keeping its structure, producing a remarkably light crumb with tremendous flavour. Gilchesters Organics Wholemeal is generally a bit thirstier than your roller-milled flour so ensure to give it a little bit more liquid. Supplied in bag 1.5kg, 3kg and 15kg.

All Gilchesters Organics flours are free of any enhancers or other additives.
