Grown and milled on our organic farm, the Gilchesters Organics stoneground pizza and ciabatta flour is entirely from our tall-straw heritage wheat. This blend of our classic white and semolina flour was created for a creamy-coloured elastic dough for authentic Italian breads like ciabattas and pizzas. The special milling guarantees a great stretch to the dough and a good crust once baked. Supplied in bag 1.5kg, 3kg and 15kg.
Ingredients: wheat flour, calcium, iron, niacin, thiamin.
