A golden pasta with good resistance (chewiness) and flavour made from a rather special heterogeneous mixture of several varieties of organic durum wheat from Le Marche, Sicily and Oltrepò Pavese milled exclusively with a dedicated millstone and then sent to Gragnano Naples with is the Italian capital of pasta where is produced only in small quantities.
