PandiSempreis a blend of organic (natural stone-ground) soft wheat, enkir and farro by the Italian master millers Mulino Marino. The enkir and farro act as natural 'additives' (in place of malt, sugars, enzymes etc). It is good for everything - Genovese-style focaccia, breadsticks, bread and pizza. We know of no other similar flour in the UK.
