Organic 7-grain (Sette Effe) flour is an organic blend from Mulino Marino of 7 different cereals including Durum wheat flour, wheat flour, barley, rye, barley, buckwheat and corn making a flour that makes excellent fresh pasta, pastry and biscuits.Â
The breakdown of the amounts of each type of grain is as follows; 40% soft wheat, 15% durum wheat, 15% farro (spelt), 15% rye (segale), 5% maize, 5% rice and 5% buckwheat.
